Hard reset method:
Turn off the unit by pressing the Power key for a few moments.
Then hold down Volume Up and Power buttons for a couple of seconds.
When you see the FIREFLY MOBILE logo release all keys.
If the Android Robot appears click Volume Up + Power key.
In this mode choose wipe data/factory reset .
