tools: android fastboot reset tools
usb cable syempre
procedure:

1. open android fastboot reset tools
2. insert usb to pc
3. use fastboot mode to cellphone just hold volume down
and power button and release the power button after
show the logo on screen
4 connect the phone and press no. 9 to android tools
5. sfter restart the phone... done.........
