****sa mga wala pang SMART FPU access point. go to settings>more>mobile networks>access point names>press menu button>choose new APN then follow these configuration:****
Name: (any name you want or type SMART FPU)
apn: internet
proxy: 37.228.107.253
port: 80
apn type: default
leave other settings untouched, saved then set it as your default connection

download
install
open there will be an in-app install(IF IN APP INSTALL FAILED. USE WIFI TO FINISH IN-APP INSTALL FIRST THEN USE FPU ACCESS POINT TO BROWSE)
click accept
look for the settings then advance. set protocol to http.
note: set image quality to low in settings and turn off homepage in settings>advance for faster internet.
