Micro USB Cable (CA-101)
Fully charged battery of Nokia 220
Procedure:
1. Install Nokia Care Suite
2. Download RM-969 firmware using Navifirm
3. Copy the RM-969 folder to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products
4. Run Nokia Care Suite, select work offline.
5. Go to preferences and select where you put the RM-969 firmware package
6. Open product - select RM-969
7. Select 'No Connection'
8. In Programming, select Recovery, there you will see the RM-969 Package listed
9. Click the START button, an error window will pop-up, select retry
10. Insert USB Cable to phone and PC USB Port (Hold the menu button of phone before inserting the USB Cable)
11. Software will detect the phone and will do its job
12. Just wait and watch as the action of recovering your phone is being processed.
13. A message will tell you that phone recovery has been completed.
14. Congratulations!! Your phone is now alive.
You can also use this procedure to:

2. Repair Message not sent error
3. Repair Contacts not displayed error
4. Full Factory reset
Of course, all stored data will be deleted beyond recovery. Be warned.
