* power on the phone
* Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
* Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
* When message is appear press "Yes".
* Go to dial window.
* Enter "*#9090#" number.
* Set "Diag config" to "uart" value.
* Restart phone.
* power on PHONE AGAIN
* open z3x samsungtool
* select model
* select comport
* click unlock.
