Procedures:
1. Power on phone without simcard
2. Phone keypad type *#7284# and select PDA
3. Select qualcomm usb setting
4. Qualcomm usb settings select DB+MODEM+ADB PRESS OK
5. Re start the phone
6. Connect usb to the phone install drivers
7. Open Samsung Tool 12.7
8. Select Model T999
9. Select Port Samsung usb modem
10. Click unlock
