  1. At the beginning turn off the phone by holding the Power button.
  2.   3. When Nokia logo appears on screen, release your finger from the Power button but keep pressing Volume Up.

  5. Press Volume Down to highlight "wipe data/factory reset", and then push the Power button to confirm.
  6. Select "Yes". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.
  7. Press Power rocker to confirm “reboot" option.
