HERE IS PERFECT SOLUTION FOR THIS TAB

1- turn off your tab.
2- press vol up and power key together till it reboots twice.
3- you will android repair image.
4- now press vol up and power key once
5- you will get recovery menu do what you want to do..

(for up and down use volume keys and for select power key )
