HELP, Guys Neo basic Netbook

Neo basic, after pressing power on, working fan and led lights, but monitor no response at ang matindi after 10 seconds pa gumagana yung fan then 20 second namamatay..

any recomendation ?

Try mo re apply thermal paste sa procie. alisin mo mga latak...try lang muna. linisin mo na rin fan and filter nya.

ingat sa pagbaklas bossing...

Malinis na mga boss.. newly applied thermal paste, pero not working pa din..
