bago ang lahat kaylangan malaman natin ang pag ba backup ng mga firmware lalong lao na sating trabaho kaylangan natin ito araw araw at s amga susunod na taon
Procedure:

*Connect Phone In Normal Mode
*Insert atleast 2 Gig memory card
*Go to Settings Enable USB Debuging
*Open Volcano Select Android Tab
*Click ADB MODE Select Cpu Type (SC8620)
*Click IS ADB then click Start
*Click ADB Root then click Start
*Click Backup Flash then click Start wait till finish
*DONE

NEXT Convert in to PAC File:

*Open ResearchDownload.exe
*Click Settings
*Select Product (SC6820)
*Double Click under File Name to browse file
*Select all file from FDL1 to Fastboot_logo
*Click PACKET then click Yes
*Enter Product Version, browse for saving Path then click OK
*Done Packeting Complete
