First.. check the Adapter if voltage is good.. din the accurate voltage of the adapter.
2nd is to check some light indicator if it presented
3rd: open the cover then check the 19v power rail.
4th: if the 19v power rail is not good check the fuse or the switching Mosfet
5th: use DC powersupply to feed voltage from before and after the 19v power rail
6th: touch all over the board if there is some component is getting hot.
7th: check the faulty component use by multitester to identify if it is busted or not
8th: then replace if neessary.
