Solution : Unlock via octoplus
Procedure :
1. Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone
2. Turn Off the Phone
3. Press and hold "Vol +" and Power On
4. Wait and select the fast boot mode by pressing "Vol + " and "Vol - " for Ok
