How to Unlock Huawei E5573Cs-609 4G Router?
1.Download & Extract above Files Here

3.Touch the boot pin and ground of the board from any tweezer / wire & Connect the Router to PC
4.Run “Balong USB Downloader†tool.
1.Click on Detect button.
2.It will detect COM port of your device as Boot_3G.
3.Under Loader, locate the E5573Cs_Usbloader.bin file.& click on Load.
4.Wait till progress bar reach at the end & Close the “USB Balong†tool.Now you can see two COM ports under device manager.
5.Now Flash Downgrading Firmware (Folder Step 2)
6.Now Open Folder Step 3 You will Find DC Unlocker & Hex Editor
Now Device unlocked and IMEI & S/N become 00000 & Have to restore it's original IMEI & S/N by following steps.
1.AT^CIMEI="861350039006322" Press Enter now it should reply with OK

2.S/N Repair Guide Follow this GIF Video & Command
AT^NVWR=6,16, Past Your S/N Here and Press Enter now it should reply with ok
7.Now Flash with WEBUI (Folder Step 4)
8.Finally Update Firmware (Folder Step 5)
