Solution : Downgrade using the flash file below
Steps:

2. Put into SDcard
3. name dload
4. turn off phone
5. press and hold vol+ and vol- and power
6. let go power after vibrate or in logo mode
7. wait until update process has finished

Hard Reset

1. turn off phone
2. Press and hold vol+ and power
3. Let go power after you see huawei logo
4. do hard reset
5. press safe mode

After boot up

1. Goo to setting
2. Enable developer mode
3. Reset all setting
4. Restart phone
5. Done FRP has done
6. Dnt Forget to do factory reset after enable the OEM unlock
