solution: downgrade then remove via anytools that support huawei id removal,.

flashing: anytools that support update.app flashing,. fastboot or upgrade mode,.

anytools that support huawei id removal via manufacturing mode,.
mrt,sigma,etc,. any huawei tools,.

"Background settings", "USB ports settings",
"Manufacture mode". Then connect it to PC

select pcu port then click remove frp/huawei id
