Solution : Downgade

Tools : MRT Dongle
CA-101 Micro USB Cable
Firmware = Huawei INE LX2R (C636)_Downgrade File for FRP Bypass
Password = MNOHuaweiLX2r2019

Procedures :

Run MRT_v3.57 GUI
Select HW Tool Tab
Click Huawei Flash Tool
Select Unlock Account Tab
Tick Read Info (fastboot mode)

Enter Phone in Fastboot mode
Click Start button
Select Write Flash
Load Downgrade File (for FRP Bypass)
Put the Phone in Fastboot mode
Click Fastboot Mode To Recovery button
Click Start button
Wait til Done

Put phone in Recovery Mode
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Select Safemode after reset
Phone Reboot in Safemode
Activate Developers Option
Reset in Settings
Done.....
