Problem: Google Account or FRP
Solution:
Just refer to this video below

-Power off the device
-Hold Volume Up, Press Power button while Holding Volume Up, If you see the recovery mode
-Wipe Data/Factory Reset Once, wait until it's Done
-Reboot into Safe mode
-Go to About Phone Tap 7-times build Number
- Go to Developers Option
-Turn ON OEM Unlocking and/or USB Debugging Mode
-Go to Reset, Reset Device
-Wait until it's Done
and Viola
