Press and Hold POWER BUTTON + VOLUME UP +VOLUME DOWN

When vibrate the tablet release Power Button.

You see ANDROID image like this RELEASE Volume Up
then you will see the android image with running lines
Still Hold Volume Down then wait 5-8 seconds to release the volume down
then screen show up OK and your Done now!
Be patient when rebooting it takes 5-10 minutes
