Action Taken

1. Switch the device OFF
2. Remove the flash card from the phone
3. Press and hold down Vol -, Vol + buttons simultaneously, then press and hold Power until your phone completely freezes on the pink screen
4. When the phone is in "Download mode" you need to connect it to computer and install required driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time).

DIRECT UNLOCK

   Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software
   "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"
   Go to "Unlock" tab
   Set the phone either to Fastboot or to Download mode (procedure is explained in the Fastboot / Download mode manuals)
   Connect your device to PC with USB cable
   Install required Huawei smartphone driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time)
   Fastboot driver
   Download mode driver
   Select required Interface in the ports selection tab:
   Fastboot mode: Phone will be detected as Android Sooner Single ADB Interface in device manager
   Download mode: Phone will be detected as DBAdapter Reserved Interface in device manager
   Press "Unlock" button

   1. IMPORTANT! All smartphones should be connected to PC's USB 2.0 port directly. Run Sigma Software as Administrator in order to work with Huawei Android smartphones.
      Kyivstar Terra and Aqua: unlock works with factory firmware only.
      
      Phones with the locked bootloader: during Direct (Service Provider) Unlock procedure using Download Mode connection, bootloader of this phone will be unlocked automatically
