action taken format via android tool or hard reset still the same problem

procedure

1.download first firmware and flashtool
2.open the flash tool
3.select scatter file and select download only
4.hold and press vol. up and plug-in usb to the phone install mtk driver if needed
5.wait until running progress flashing....
6.seat back and relax..... done.....
