PROCEDURE:
USB connection
To connect GT-I8552 phone you have to perform the following steps:
Disconnect Micro USB cable from phone
Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development
Turn on "USB Debugging" option
When message is appear press "Yes"
Go to dial window
Enter "*#7284#" number
Set "USB" radio button to "MODEM" value
Go to "Qualcomm USB Settings"
Select "DM+Modem+ADB"
Close window
Go to dial window
Enter "*#9090#" number
Set "Diag config" to "USB" value
Restart phone
Press "Read Info" in Octopus Samsung software


UART connection
To connect GT-I8552 phone you have to perform the following steps:
Disconnect Samsung Micro UART cable from phone
Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development
Turn on "USB Debugging" option
When message is appear press "Yes"
Go to dial window
Enter "*#7284#" number
Set "UART" radio button to "MODEM" value
Go to "Qualcomm USB Settings"
Select "DM+Modem+ADB"
Close window
Go to dial window
Enter "*#9090#" number
Set "Diag config" to "UART" value
Restart phone

Connect powered on phone to usb cable
then TICK UNLOCK

done....
