If hindi naka register ang apple id sa ipad then kung sakaling naka register or naka log in naman po ang apple ID sa ipad;take Note! basta alam niya po ang Apple ID niya kung sakali maghingi ng apple id pagkatapos ma restore Ipad po. then 70 percent safe yan boss; So try to restore update sa Itunes boss.
