IPAD 4 NO POWER, DONE!!!
using IPHONE 5S U2 IC..

check mboard, not shorted
change new battery
reheat cpu
no luck..

then i change u2 ic, for iphone 5s, BECAUSE i dont have other u2 ic... finally it works..

it means ipad 4 and iphone 5s have same u2 ic, i also use iphone 5s u2 ic for iphone 6.. tested!
