status : blink only when press power on
solution : format and repair imei via volcano box

procedure
1. connect volcanobox to pc and open GUI
2. connect unit with jig P - 30A to box
3. detect as mtk chips ( read flash kahit no power)
4. check format option then run
wait until finish
6. repair imei
6a. press control alt i ( Ctrl + Alt + i ) to show imei repair option
6b. check imei tools and run
6c. click start and wait to finish reading info
6d. put desired imei and click change imei
