You need Rsim 9+ For Unlocking​

Procedure​

Insert valid simcard with rsim+

wait for about 5seconds

select accept

select iphone 5c/5s

select carrier Usa at&t

select ios 7.xx mode 1

and select accept again..

rebooot iphone.​

Now device need activation..​

On the device click connect to itunes..

on your desktop open itunes Note: ( you must have latest itunes version 12.0.1.26 )

connect iphone to pc.. wait untill device successfully activated..

then the signal will pop up..
