Solution:

Visual check muna ok naman lahat ng components. Next step trace ko linya ngstrobe light pero ok naman lahat ng linya so direct na ako sa Flash Driver IC (U1602) at hindi naman nabigo nagawa ang unit. Replace ko lang ung IC pera na.
