3D A8 Reballing stencil
Solder Paste
UV curable solder mast
UV dryer lamp
0.02mm copper wire

[FONT=&quot]ACTION TAKEN[/FONT]

1. type *#06# at wala lalabas na IMEI
2. Tried to reheat Baseband CPU but problem always come back (back job)
3. Remove baseband and clean logic board
4. Solder the 0.02mm copper wire to missing pin
5. Apply some UV curable solder mast to the soldered copper wire
6. Put the logic board under the UV dryer lamp for 15 minutes
7. Reball baseband cpu using 3D A8 reballing stencil
8. Assemble and test
9. DONE​

pagkalinis makikita kung may tanggal na pin​

mas mainam na ijumper na ang dalawang pin para sure na walang back job​

gamit kayo UV curable solder mast para hindi matanggal ang jumper wire​

​

ilagay sa UV dryer lamp ang logic board for 15 minutes​

after 15 minutes matigas na ang uv curable solder mast​

reball baseband cpu​

​

ikabit ang baseband cpu at assemble phone then test​

type *#06# lalabas na imei at may signal na​
