Unit Model: i6s
Problem: Water Damage for 1year
Action Taken:
#1.Check the Battery Terminal Resistance if Shorted or not, i Found a Little bit of Short Circuit it means not full
#2. Check the Corroded Parts and i found C5284 & C5283 PP_VCC_MAIN Line
#3. Remove the two Capacitor because Tagalogin ko nalang kasi sunog na sunog na ang #pp_vcc_main line nya wala di naman kasi Full Short napaka kuntu lang using my analog NEWSTAR tester
#4. Tester Ulit may Kaunting galaw parin kay NEWSTAR Analog tester. At na itry ko saksak sa Power Supply my V1.2 and for A1.57
Kaya nag ask ako sa Group Chat for any idea, Response ni Teacher Ched, check the line PP3V0_NAND Check ko naman at ok naman ang Resistance at pag lagyan ko ng Power supply at turning on the phone walang 3.0v akong nahagilap
#5. Nag isip muna si kuya bong yun ang pina ka importante yung mag isip ka hahhahaha ayun naisipnkong silipin sina J4200 Capacitor and FL,L etc.
I found #FL3202 Sunog na sunog, the pin1 is connected to PP_VCC_MAIN and the pin Number2 is connected to PP_VCC_MAIN_LDO
#6. Remove #FL3202 and Connect the two points #1 after connect the two points I’m going to Check the resistance of the Battery terminal again tagalogin ko nanaman ha para masiguro kong wala naba talaga ang kaunting Short, nako nabulaga ako kasi nag Fully short na ang Kagwang you know kagwang
#7. Ito ang pina ka magandang ginawako ay ang pag unawa sa bawat point ng #FL3202 at sinimulan ko nanaman ang Pag trace ng Line g #PP_VCC_MAIN at nakita ko si #L4040 Sunog na sunog and i decide to remove and check the Battery Terminal Resistance again Shorted parin Full na Full ang Short.
#8. Trace the line #2 of #FL3202_PP_VCC_MAIN_LDO and Put incense and Proceed to inject and iFound the Bustard Capacitor #C3210 remove and Replace, the fully shorted tottaly gone. hindi pa dyan nagtapus ang Troubleshooting kasi pina andar ko ang phone ayaw mag ilaw pero mah display ang LCD
#8. Open again si Easy Draw and Check the Resistance of J4200 and i Found Corroded in the line of J4200#3 ayun putol ang linya sunog dina naka dikit sa board kaya idinugtong ko nalang kay #C4211 pin1 and Done.
Pasinsya na taas ng isturya ano? Buti nalang nag babasa lang kayu di kayu ang gumawa ng thread taas ng oras nilaan ko dito ha hehehe
