Since busted ang C4023 hinde sya mag power on
we have a case of shorted board


Procedure:
Alisin ang nabanggit na caps then test for short pag may resistance na
NOTE: LAGYAN ulit ng same value na caps 10UF 35v size 0604 ceramic
huwag i turn on na wala ang caps para hinde ma stress ang backlight ic
