Enable usb debug and oem unlock

First attempt read code error need to downgrade
second attempt unlock by read security codes via diagnostic port

1. Type *#0808# and select
2. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
'DM+MODEM+ADB'.(not working)
RNDIS+DM+MODEM+ADB( installing now working Diagnostic port detect)
3. Press 'Read Codes DIAG' button to read security codes.
