download combination files and stockrom binary 2 from z3x support
1st step flash combination
run z3x pro
select model sm-j250f
click pda - load combination file
connect phone in download mode then click flash
after flash phone will go in factory binary - click settings - go to developer options- enable oem and usb debugging
2nd step
run z3x pro
select model j250f
load 4 files - boot, pda, phone, csc
in pda - click the hidden files, uncheck persist/userdata,meta-data
click flash - after successful flashing, frp gone - do the setup.
factory reset the phone.
