after doing the first step put apps to sdcard and put it on in your phone
then Follow this step by step procedure . . .
after reboot the phone open adb installer and check if the phone is in debugging mode
install driver if necessary needed . . .
then open cmd command
fastboot_adb(1.0.36)_110716_r24.0 - Download - 4shared
extract folder open then inside folder pindutin ang ang shift sa keyboard then right click ang mouse para lumabas ito
type command.txt in cmd command
adb shell content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind value:s:1
