PROBLEM: forgot password and google account

PROCEDURE:
*FACTORY RESET
1.hold volume up and power (pag lumabas ang logo tsaka bitawan ang power switch.
2.choose factory reset
3.wipe data
4.reboot
*FACTORY RESET PROTECTION (FRP)
1.need baklas ang unit for tp.
2.open your hydra main module and go to hisilicon tab.
3.select your exact model number.
4.uncheck auto boot.
5.click initial factory mode then execute (click yes pag may nag pop-up)
6.testpoint the unit without battery
WARNING ! WAG TATANGALIN ANG USB CABLE SA UNIT. proceed to no.7
7.go to partition manager , and select FACTORY/USB1 . Then execute
8.go to service and select FACTORY RESET PROTECTION/ACCOUNT
9.select factory mode - remove frp then execute
and your DONE!
