K800i- keypad problem.. Change cpu.. Done!!!



POSSIBLE SOLUTION FOR THIS:
1. REPLACE KEYPAD FLEx( no luck).
2. RESOLDER KEYPAD CONNECTOR- TRACE LINES(no luck)..
3. CLEAN BOARD.., EVEN SOAK IT TO THINNER FOR ONE NIGHT( no luck)

SO I LOOK AN SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM AND TRACES LINES OF KEYPAD AND FIND OUT THAT THE MAIN IS CPU..(just like nokia yunits...

4th move.. REFLOW/ REWORK CPU( no luck).
i almost give up.... i wait for the customer and explain what will happen just incase...at the same time PRICE.....

THE HARDEST PART.. REPLACE CPU...
(HERES MY PROCEDURE) note: its MY FIRTST TIME- heres my procedure-there may be easiest way from our experts.....(YOU MAY ADD IT IN HERE)..

way to go.. replace cpu.


after replacing cpu, only sony ericson logo and automatically restart..

so i flash it...



flash complete but usercode reset failed..
after this... it shows INSERT CORRECT SIM CARD... 5LOCKS..


recovery..... just tick recovery.. use 2+5


gdfs.. emty fill and repair tab.. add gdfs from the folder..


erom...likewise add erom file from the folder...


at last... yahhhhhoooooo....


keypads are all working...
