sorry walang photo, I'm having trouble uploading photo..
since wala ako makitang guide how to hard reset, nag tyaga ako kapain.. so eto procedure
1.turn off the phone
2.press & hold volume down & power button for about 30 seconds until you see kingcom logo then phone into recovery mode.
3 press home button once
4.select wipe data
5.reboot
6.smile! always smile...
