procedure:

turn off phone
remove simcard and memory card
press volume up and power
may lalabas na tatlong pagpipilian sa screen
RECOVERY MODE
FASTBOOT MODE
NORMAL MODE, now gamitin ang volume up and down sa pagpili kung alin dito ang piliin para ma wipe ang phone. at thesame time use volume down for okey to enter android logo and press power button para lumabas ang factory reset and use again volume down and up to select the desire operation.
alam u na ang piliin diba! at last kung napili mo na use power button for okey and to reboot the phone and wait...you're success
