Problem of the Phone:
--forgot password!

Tools:
--Pc/Laptop
--Usb Connector
--NCK Dongle or Crack

Steps:
--Open NCK Dongle or Crack
--Install drivers if needed
-- In MAIN tab select MT6582
--Select SERVICE tab
--Format Option [Format UserData]
--Execute!
--power off the phone or remove battery
--insert usb connector
--w8 til finish and all done!
