Procedure:
- power off the Tab and extract the downloaded file
- open SPF Tool and load the DA_SWSEC.bin in Download-Agent
- load MT6737M_Android_scatter.txt in Scatter-Loading file
- press vol down and insert micro-usb cable
- wait until it finish and done

Flash the Downloaded files using SPF Tool
