solution:flash via lg tool
1st download flashfile

https://lg-firmwares.com/lg-d380-firmwares/#tab=firmwares
input lng imei para sa tamang firmware
ang tool download nlng ky google marami don
2nd load firmware via lg tool and hold volume up then
connect usb cable wait until done.
