1: Switch off the phone.
2: Now hold and press Power button + Volume Down + Quick Memo Function button.
3: Next if logo LG appears, the release all buttons.
4: Then you will see Android picture.
5: After that just wait it will reboot, after reboot, HARD RESET was done
