LG G Flex (L23) from JAPAN AU KDDI Unlock Done by Root and OctoPlus Box

Procedures:
Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone;
Root device manually; eto po ang ROOT (thanks and credits to uploader)
Connect powered-on phone to PC via Micro USB cable;
Install necessary driver;
Click "Unlock" button;
Follow software instructions (prompts). Note: To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Go to "Settings -> PC connection -> USB connection type -> Select USB Connection method" and select "LG Software" ("PC Software").
