first power off the phone. realess battery then back again the battery and perform hard reset by pressing

combination key.

hold volume down then press power button

if lg logo upper realess the power in a second then press again and show the factory data reset

then use up & down button to highlights the oftion the press the power button to confirm.

then you see a black screen a minute dont worry the factory reset are performing wait until finish.

Done.
