Procedure :

Power off the phone & take out the battery, wait for atleast 10 secs

press and hold volume down and power button keys at the same time

wait until the lg logo display. Release power key only for atleast 3 secs and press back the power button again. Wait until factory data reset mode display.

Just select yes and yes until it restart
