1. Enable "USB Debugging" mode.
2. Type 277634#*# or *#546368#*371# or 3845*#371#, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".)
After that press Unlock button in Software and follow Software instructions.
