TOOLS:

-setool box activated
-5130 usb cable

PROCEDURE:

-open lgetool sw
-select correct model
-power on the phone
-Press lock/power-key for display "lock screen"
-While "lock screen" is displayed press and hold VolDown-key & VolUp-key and wait for "Input Service Code" dialog
-Type 3845#*06# and press "Confirm"
-Go to "Port Setting" and select "CP USB"
-Plug usb cable
-tick factory reset
-DONE
