Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone;
Go to "Settings" -> "About phone" -> "Software information";
Click on Build number 5 times;
Enable USB debugging ("Settings" -> "Developer options" -> "USB Debugging");
Connect powered-on phone to PC via Micro USB cable;
Install necessary driver;
Click "Unlock" button;
Follow software instructions (prompts).
Note: To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next:

Select "File transfer" mode in "Use USB connection for" window, then press "Always";
