LG LS676 unlocked done using octoplus lg ver2.9.8
Run octoplus lg software ver2.9.8
Select lg qualcomm
Select phone model: ls676
Insert SIM card to the phone;
Go to "Settings" -> "Networks" -> "More" -> "Mobile networks" -> "Network mode" and select "GSM/UMTS" option;
Put the phone into Emergency mode (To enter emergency mode, disconnect cable, disconnect battery, press and hold "Vol+" button and connect USB cable).
Install necessary driver;
Click "Unlock" button;
Follow software instructions (prompts).
NOTE: first attempt it requires phone to be rooted(unlocking failed), I disregard this and do second attempt= click unlock again, and its done.
