In menu at first select cp usb. Driver will be reinstall automatically. Connect phone to software again and press cp reset. After software will see phone and it will be unlocked.
Load the phone into normal mode(Android), type 3845#*769#, enter <Port Setting>, select <CP USB> and press Ok, then reenter <Port Setting> select <CP Reset> and press Ok
