steps: Turn off the power > press and hold power keys at the same time you also press and hold the down Volume keys and up volume keys > Release the power keys about 3 seconds later (vibrates phone is the indicator to know it) > Release volume key > choose Permanently Erase User Data and reset setting > Confirm with Power keys > Power / Lock Keys again after you see pop up message..
