procedure:
1.kailangan 10 percent ang laman ng battery bago tayo mag hard reset.
2.pangalawa turn off the phone.
3.press the power switch + v-down..hintayin lumabas ang lg logo sabay bitaw
wait bago lumabas ang delete wife..screen shot.
